The Start Line is a double head cutting machine  for cutting aluminum.

The machine consists of a base steel sheet in which two rods of high strength steel having the function of guide for the mobile unit are fixed cutting . Two cutting units , each mounted on its corresponding carriage , are composed of a block carrying sheet which can be positioned with respect to the supporting profile , 90 ° , 45 ° , and 22.5 ° ( optional), and also at angles intermediate .

 

The length of the piece to be cut is obtained by running the mobile unit cut meter reading in the electronic display dimension .

 

A hydraulic cylinder advances the blade leaving only the vertical flat surface with the driven motor ( rotating blade ) , with locked jaws and downs protections.

 

The cut is made by saw blades carbide .

 

Cooling the sheet , which occurs only during the cutting operation , are obtained by a system with adjustable capacity .

 

 

 

The operation of the machine can be performed only from the operating knob located on the front of the machine , near the control console .
