Installation for the production of with capacity for 1.000m2/turn. Model OCEM 1440terrazzo tiles. This installation includes the following equipment:

-    3 hoppers 2.500x2.500 with vibrating chutes in joint chassis
-    1 weight feeder with 4 load cells
-    2 conveyor belts to elevate material to the mixer
-    1 rotary mixer for 250 L.
-    1 chute from the mixer to the doser
-    1 worm conveyor  for cement
BACK FACE
-    2 hoppers 2.500x2.500 with vibrating chutes in joint chassis
-    1 weight feeder with 4 load cells
-    2 conveyor belts to elevate material to the rotary mixer of 250 l.
-    1 chute from the mixer to the back doser
-    Full electric panel

•    1  OCEM press model OPA-1440 , in operation when unmounted, consisting on

-    1 back face carriage
-    1 bucket conveyor and extractor belt for the back side surplus material
-    1 hidraulic central
-    1 pneumatic unit
-    1 set of moulds for 1/400x400 mm
-    1 mix spreader
-    1 electric switchboard with automation
-    1 mix doser OPA-1440

•    1 vertical single extractor, composed by

-    1 full pallet stacker
-    Extractor carriage
-    1 empty pallet stacker
-    1 intermediate gear
-    1 electric installation
-    1 electric switchboard

•    1 complete set of 40cmx40cm moulds
 

•    A variety of pallets with rubber backs with different finishes, for different tile formats; 40cmx40cm, 30cmx30cm, 25cmx25cm…
 
•    +/- 500 trays for pavement stacking and drying
